Exciting Partnership Announcement With Trinity Health of New England

Publish Date

We are excited to announce that we have entered into a formal partnership agreement with Trinity Health of New England, effectively immediately.

This partnership includes the following facilities:

  • St. Francis Hospital
  • St. Mary’s Hospital
  • Johnson Memorial Hospital
  • Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Center
  • Mercy Medical Center (MA)

Additionally, this agreement includes Trinity Health’s urgent care facilities, ambulatory surgical centers, home health and hospice services, skilled nursing facilities, and ambulance services.

The credentialing process for over 1,200 providers is already underway. For providers working within our Point32Health portfolio of products, updated information will be reflected online promptly. Please note that the credentialing process typically takes between 45 and 60 days to be fully reflected on our website.

As a reminder, we have already contracted and completed the credentialing for over 250 Southern New England Healthcare (SoNE) providers, and they are reflected on our provider search. The SoNE providers work closely with Trinity.

To ensure accurate member attribution to provider groups, the PCP selection process remains critical. When enrolling members into our plans with Trinity-based PCPs, please make sure to include the desired PCP on the application for both HMO and PPO plans. Even if the PCP is not yet credentialed, capturing this information is invaluable for our records and processes.

Thank you for your attention and support as we work to seamlessly integrate this exciting partnership.
