Members Can Use Their OTC Card in Participating Retail Stores
Our Over-the-Counter (OTC) benefit provides members with $50 (HMO plan members) or $65 (PPO plan members) per calendar quarter to spend on eligible OTC medicines and health-related items.
Members have until June 30 to spend their current OTC card amount.
In addition to shopping from Medline, members can use their OTC card in-store at CVS, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Rite Aid, Stop & Shop, Walgreens, and Walmart, and at Walmart.com.
IMPORTANT: The new 2023 OTC card has a magnetic strip on the back for swiping the card at participating retail stores. Make sure members are using the OTC card that has the magnetic strip on the back.
